一、論壇簡介 / Introduction
西安建筑科技大學坐落于十三朝古都西安，是陜西省重點建設的高水平大學，也是教育部、住建部和陜西省共建的大學。經過并校60余年的不懈努力，現已發展成為一所以土木建筑、環境市政、材料冶金及其相關學科為特色，以工程技術學科為主體，文、理、經、管、藝、法等學科協調發展的多科性大學。
Located in Xi'an (Shaanxi Province), an ancient capital of thirteen dynasties, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology(XAUAT) is a high-level university in Shaanxi Province, funded jointly by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Shaanxi Provincial Government. After more than 60 years of amalgamation, XAUAT has become a multidisciplinary university with characteristic disciplines (civil engineering and architecture, environment and municipal administration, material and metallurgy and other related disciplines), main disciplines (engineering technology) and other disciplines (literature, science, economics, management, art and law).
第五屆“雁塔學者” 論壇同時也是陜西省第四屆“絲綢之路青年學者論壇”的分論壇。“雁塔學者”論壇包括主論壇、參觀、學院分論壇。學校現誠邀海內外杰出青年人才相聚西安，就相關領域的前沿科技熱點問題進行學術討論和交流，促進與會學者與我校相關學科教師建立聯系和合作，加深與會學者對西安建筑科技大學的全面了解，促成杰出人才來校建功立業。
The fifth “Yanta Scholar Forum” is also part of the “Silk Road International Symposium for Distinguished Young Scholars(SRIS, 2019)”. It includes main forum, visiting and Divided forum of schools. We invites outstanding young talents from home and abroad to gather in Xi 'an to conduct academic discussions and exchanges on cutting-edge science and technology in related fields, promote the connection and cooperation between the participating scholars and teachers of relevant disciplines of our university, deepen the comprehensive understanding of the participating scholars to XAUAT, and facilitate the outstanding talents to come to our university to make contributions and establish careers.

三、申請條件 / Application requirements
1、申請人具有博士學位，或為博士應屆畢業生，年齡40周歲及以下；
The applicant should have a doctoral degree, or be a doctoral graduate, aged 40 or below;
2、申請人具有2年以上科研或工作經驗，在所從事領域已取得突出的學術業績，具有海外知名高校留學或聯合培養經歷者優先；
Applicants should have more than 2 years of scientific research or working experience, have made outstanding academic achievements in their fields, and have the experience of studying abroad or joint training in well-known overseas universities is preferred;
3、申請人具有創新思維，具備成為青年拔尖人才的潛質；
The applicant should have innovative thinking and have the potential to become a top young talent;
4、申請人具有良好的學術道德和職業道德。
Applicants should have good academic and professional ethics.
四、報名方式 / Application
1、申請人在西安建筑科技大學人事處網站首頁點擊陜西省第四屆“絲綢之路青年學者論壇”西安建筑科技大學分論壇通知，下載填寫《西安建筑科技大學第五屆“雁塔學者”論壇參會申請表（點擊下載）》；
The applicant can click "Notice of 'Yanta scholar' of XAUAT" on the homepage of the personnel department of XAUAT, download and fill in the application form;
2、將《西安建筑科技大學第五屆“雁塔學者”論壇參會申請表》連同申請人簡歷作為附件一并發送至會務組電子郵箱：zhaopin@xauat.edu.cn、xauat_zhaopin@163.com;郵件主題請以“雁塔學者論壇申請+姓名+專業+最高學位畢業院校”命名。
Send the application form together with the applicant's resume as an attachment to the email address: zhaopin@xauat.edu.cn，xauat_zhaopin@163.com.Please name the email subject as "Yanta scholar Forum application + name + major + highest degree graduate institution+sciencehr.net".
報名截止日期：2019年8月25日 / Deadline for application: Aug. 25, 2019.
五、日程安排 / Schedule
1、9月4日全天：在西安天域凱萊大飯店辦理報到、入住、報銷手續；

2、9月5日上午：參加陜西省第四屆“絲綢之路青年學者論壇”主論壇；
Sep. 5: Morning: SRIS, main venue
3、9月5日下午：參加西安建筑科技大學“雁塔學者”論壇開幕式及主題會議；
Sep. 5: Afternoon: opening ceremony of Yanta Scholars Forum & Keynote session
4、9月6日全天：參加各學院分論壇，含各領域學術活動、參觀、座談等活動；
Sep. 6: Academic exchanges and discussions, campus and venue tour and symposium.
5、9月7日-8日：離會。
Sep. 7: Ending.
學院分論壇具體安排后期將持續更新。 The specific arrangement of forum will be updated continuously.
六、特別說明 / Special instructions
本次論壇不收取費用，我校將為受邀學者報銷國內外往返交通旅費，并統一安排免費食宿以及機場、火車站接送服務。
There is no charge for forum this time. Our school will reimburse the domestic and foreign travel expenses of the invited scholars, and arrange free accommodation and transportation services at the airport and railway station.
受邀學者需根據研究領域，提前準備學術報告。
Invited scholars should prepare academic reports in advance according to their research fields.
