深圳灣實驗室位于粵港澳大灣區核心引擎，是深圳新建立的生命健康科學研究機構，由詹啟敏院士擔任實驗室主任，林建華教授擔任特別顧問，吳云東院士任實驗室直屬研究機構深圳健康科學研究院院長。實驗室由北京大學深圳研究生院與相關單位共同舉辦，協同粵港澳大灣區健康科學領域具有研究基礎和應用優勢的單位合作共建。

一、招聘對象

海內外知名院校及科研機構中，從事生命科學前沿研究的各層次人才。崗位包括首席科學家，資深研究員（tenured），特聘研究員（預聘，tenure-track）。深圳灣實驗室重點關注以下7個方向（申請人可明確其首選方向，亦可注明其他）：

分子生物學：研究DNA復制和修復，RNA轉錄和加工，蛋白質合成、加工和定位，表觀遺傳學，細胞的信號轉導等科學問題，發明和推進基礎研究與產業中重要的分子生物學技術。

系統生物學：深入認識生命體內各重要組成部分的性質和關聯，以系統學科交叉促進新規律發現。包含生命科學理論與計算生物學、理論與計算化學、生物信息(包括大數據)及相關多組學研究。

創新藥物：建立貫穿創新藥物研究上下游的全創新鏈，開展重大疾病創新藥物研究。

生物分析：以技術驅動為基礎，側重發展前沿單細胞分析技術。

醫學工程：構建包括基因層面的組學數據、醫學影像數據、健康大數據等數據獲取的硬件基礎。

癌癥：研究腫瘤篩查和早期診斷新技術，腫瘤治療新策略和新藥物，腫瘤分子變異和微環境相互作用的新理論，腫瘤大數據的模型、方法和應用。

心血管與代謝疾病：發展新的手段理解，預防與治療心血管疾病、糖尿病及代謝相關疾病。

二、應聘條件

【資深研究職位】：主要包括首席科學家，資深研究員（tenured）

具有博士學位，應在海內外知名高校、科研院所擔任副教授、副研究員以上或相當職務。

【預聘研究職位】：主要包括特聘研究員（預聘，tenure-track）

具有博士學位；應聘人學術水平和資歷應達到擔任海內外知名高校助理教授或副教授職務的相應標準；首聘期5-6年，后通過評估決定是否獲得長聘崗位（tenured）。

About SZBL

Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (SZBL) is a newly established institution focus on health sciences research, located in the heart of the China Great Bay Area, located in the heart of the China Great Bay Area. It was launched by the Peking University and Shenzhen City with an initial budget of $2 billion USD/5yr. The mission of the SZBL is to create a new research model to boost the health sciences and nurture the innovation-oriented biotechnology industry.

Whom we're looking for

SZBL will deliver cutting-edge technology to the international scientific community through worldwide innovation and collaboration with experts and we are looking for the brightest minds to help us achieve our goals.

We are looking to fill multiple faculty positions at all ranks. Applicants should have a doctoral degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine or closely related fields. Postdoctoral experience is required for a junior position (Assistant Professor). Applicants for senior positions are expected to have a demonstrated publication and funding record indicative of a leading scientist.

We particularly welcome applications from those with research interests related to molecular biology, systems biology, drug discovery, bioanalytical science, biological engineering, cancer, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. The applicant can identify which of the above areas is his or her primary areas. Review of applications will start April 2019, but positions will remain open until filled.
