海南熱帶海洋學院坐落于美麗的海濱城市三亞。學校創立于1954年，是三亞市唯一的全日制公辦普通本科省屬高校。學校是外交部、教育部“中國—東盟教育培訓中心”、教育部十大“教育援外基地”之一，是國務院學位委員會批準的碩士學位授予單位，是上海合作組織大學中方成員院校，也是海南省中南部少數民族地區的人才培養搖籃和知識創新、社會服務、文化傳承、國際交流與合作的基地。

一、應聘崗位和要求

英語口語外教（1名、編外）

崗位要求：碩士以上學歷，有2年以上英語口語課程教學經驗，擁有TEFL/TESOL證書。

考核通過人員與學校簽訂為期一年的聘用合同（試用期一個月），合同期滿后，根據工作表現可以續簽兩年或以上的聘用合同。

二、工作時間及假期

16學時/周，周末雙休，享受學校寒暑假、法定假期。

三、工資待遇

工資包括基本工資和住房補貼。基本工資標準為7000-10000元，根據聘用人員的工作經驗確定，試用期工資為基本工資的80%。住房補貼為每月2250元。

四、補貼

學校繳納社保，負責體檢費用和辦理居留許可證費用，每年完成合同后發放國際機票補貼10000元。

One Oral English Foreign Teacher Position Available at HTOU

Hainan Tropical Ocean University (HTOU) is located in the beautiful coastal city - Sanya. Established in 1954, HTOU is the only full-time public university in Sanya. 1. Teaching Positions and Requirements

Oral English Teacher needed (1 post)

Requirements: Master’s degree + 2 years teaching experiences in oral English+ TEFL/TESOL Certificate.

The position is available immediately for a one-year contract (including a probation period of one month), with the possibility of renewing for two or more years depending on performance.

2. Working Hours and Holidays

Teaching with 16 hours (at most) each week.

Paid holidays: two days off each week; all public holidays in China; paid summer and winter vacations.

3. Salary

Gross salary consists of base salary plus a housing allowance. Base salary per month is commensurate with qualification and experience, ranging from RMB 7000 to 10000 and 80% of that for the probation month. The housing allowance amounts to RMB 2250 per month.

4. Allowances

Social insurance, medical check fee and cost of residence permit are covered by the university.

International air tickets allowance amounts to RMB 10000 each contract year.
