中南大學鄧迪國際學院是中華人民共和國教育部批準設立的非獨立法人中外合作辦學機構（許可證編號：MOE43UKA02DNR20212173N），由中南大學與英國鄧迪大學合作舉辦。學院設土木工程、數學與應用數學、計算機科學與技術、機械設計制造及其自動化、交通設備與控制工程等五個本科專業。為加強學科建設，根據目前師資需要，現面向全球招聘優秀非事業編學術英語教學人員。

一、招聘崗位和人數

非事業編學術英語教學人員：3名

二、具體職責

1.熟練運用學術英語教學方法，按英語教研組要求完成鄧迪國際學院各專業本科生學術英語教學任務；

2.按要求備課、保存教學檔案、進行學生評估和反饋，定期參加教研組會議，按時參加文化類、教育類、培訓類等教研活動；

3.參與學院教學質量監控，如同行聽課評價和督導聽課評價等；

4.定期參加個人能力提升項目；

5.嚴格遵守學校數據保密協議要求；

6.根據要求完成代課等任務，并承擔其他必要職責；

7.接受學院和外方選派英語組長的行政管理，對學院行政管理和英語文化建設提供必要支持；

8.完成學院領導交辦的其他任務。

三、崗位要求

1.申請者需具備碩士研究生及以上學歷；

2.遵紀守法，品德優良，具有良好的組織溝通能力、人際交往能力、抗壓能力、團隊協作能力；

3.持有CELTA國際英語教學證書；表現特別突出的候選人可放寬至2024年7月前考取CELTA證書；

4.具備近期學術英語教學經歷，曾在高等院校從事英語教學者優先；

5.熟悉學術英語教學方法，能夠熟練使用相關軟件，如Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Blackboard等。

6.具有良好的時間管理能力、演講和表達能力，以及抗壓能力，能與團隊成員緊密配合。

六、聘用方式及待遇

1.錄用人員實行勞務派遣，與派遣公司簽訂勞動合同，由派遣公司派遣至中南大學鄧迪國際學院工作；

2.錄用人員薪資面議，其工資、保險及其他福利待遇參照《中南大學非事業編制人員管理暫行辦法》及學校有關政策執行。

七、其他有關事項

New Vacancy - English TUTOR for Academic purposes DIICSU

Dundee International Institute of Central South University (DIICSU) is a non-independent legal entity and a Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution established with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (license number: MOE43UKA02DNR20212173N), jointly organized by Central South University (CSU) and the University of Dundee (UoD), UK. DIICSU has five undergraduate majors - Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Computing Science, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering with Transportation. To better support English teaching, we are now hiring English Tutors for Academic purposes.

Vacancy:

3 English Tutors for Academic purposes

Job Description:

1.To work as part of a team, teaching undergraduate Science and Engineering students at the Dundee International Institute of Central South University (DIICSU).

2.To teach two semesters and a possible summer school over the academic year.

3.To show an understanding of a discoursal approach to teaching English for general and specific academic purposes

4.To prepare lessons, maintain teaching records, assess students’ work, provide feedback to students, and participate in cultural and educational events, induction events and in assessment and team meetings.

5.To engage with institutional and departmental level quality assurance processes, including both peer and management observations of teaching.

6.To demonstrate a commitment to professional self-development.

7.To cover the classes of absent colleagues, as required.

8.To undertake other additional duties from time to time as necessary.

Note: The duties of the post outlined above are not exhaustive and the role holder will be expected to be co-operative and flexible, undertaking other duties as may reasonably be required by the Head of English and DIICSU.
