Purpose:
1. In order to support distributor platform sustainability and growth, D-Pal/DPMS(Distributor Performance Management System) are key applications to ensure business sell out. This role is to support distributor D-Pal/DPMS efficiency through data accuracy check programs.
2. As fix asset investment is one of the key DVP(Distributor Value Proposition) offering to support distributors developing and maintaining high quality customers, which include Branded shop and EOL. This role is to keep a close monitor of CAPEX assets and ensure an effective and efficient E2E process of CAPEX management.
Accountabilities:
1. Manage high quality planning, implementation and reviewing of True Hero project to track system data completion and accuracy.
2. Initiate the asset disposal process when CAPEX contract comes to an end or fulfill the target in advance. Assist ICAMs to transfer the asset to customers at 1RMB each.
3. Support the Asset Transfer process between different distributors by helping on upload supporting materials to CLS system as FOFA required.

- 遵守殼牌集團HSSE政策及工廠相關安全規章制度規定，嚴格按照規程進行操作，避免人身傷害等HSSE事故的發生。
- 按照ISO9001、ISO14001、IATF管理體系的要求，執行調配PCS系統及現場設備操作，按要求及時、準確完成潤滑油調配計劃，并負責相關操作文件的更新。

- 組織、協調、監督現場三方操作工的日常操作，確保調配操作效率、質量和安全。
- 能夠熟練操作PCS系統、了解其控制邏輯，進行日常簡單數據的維護，了解調配系統及現場設備功能、基本維護知識；能夠配合維修人員及時解決設備故障和完成維護保養，保持設備工具等處于良好狀態。
- 協助三方公司對員工的技能培訓，提升員工的技能水平。監督三方員工的技能培訓計劃執行和評估考核
- 監督三方公司完成與調配生產相關的各種記錄和報告并檢查。
- 完成生產相關的PCS、GSAP系統操作及生產數據匯總、分析處理。
- 協助直線主管完成相關操作流程優化、改善及跨部門合作項目及其他主管分配的任務
